How to request a refund

Submit our contact form with the subject “Report issue or refund request.” Include:

• Your valuation ID — the ID from the report page URL. If you came from the results page the contact form pre-fills it automatically.
• What went wrong — the specific part of the report that missed, was inaccurate, or didn't match what you expected.
• What you expected — a short description of the outcome you were hoping for so we can learn from it.

Timeline

• Within 5 business days — we'll review the request and respond.
• Within 7–10 business days — once approved, the refund is processed through Stripe and posts to your original payment method.

You can cancel an Annual Monitoring subscription at any time from your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period — you keep access through the period you've already paid for.

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time remaining in a paid period. If you cancel on day 10 of an annual plan, you keep access for the remaining 355 days and aren't charged again. If something exceptional has happened — a billing error, a technical issue that made the Service unusable, an accidental renewal you wanted to cancel — reach out through the contact form and we'll work with you.

The Exit Package unlocks when your Worth Score reaches 80+ and includes tailored diligence materials generated specifically for your business. It is covered under the same 30-day satisfaction guarantee as the Full Advisory Report — request a refund through the contact form within 30 days if the package wasn't useful.

Reports run by advisors on behalf of their clients are non-refundable once generated. Each report consumes credited AI processing time and is delivered to the advisor immediately on completion.

Your first advisor report is free and not billed, so new advisors can evaluate the output before paying for additional reports. Subsequent per-report charges are billed at the tier you selected on signup ($59 standard or $99 white-label), with monthly volume discounts applied automatically.

If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we'll credit you for the failed run.

The free Worth Score and weakest-dimension summary are genuinely free — no credit card, no charge, no refunds needed.
